A few days before Christmas for family night we decided to make a gingerbread house. Each of the kids picked a gingerbread man to decorate. When I handed Austin his he immediately bit a piece out of his head.
After the men were decorated we started in work on the house. Carter took his work very seriously focusing on each and every piece of candy he placed on the house.
Austin took a different approach. He decided he needed to test tasted each and every piece of candy before he placed it on the house.
It was a great family activity and we had a ball doing it. Hopefully I can remember next year to make this one of our Christmas traditions!
